GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN -
SUPPORT AFFECTED FEDERAL EMPLOYEES
Every day over 100,000 U.S. Coast Guard, Customs & Border Protection, Department of Agriculture, National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), and Maritime Administration personnel go to work in support of our national maritime industry. Under the partial government shutdown each of these agencies is presently unfunded.
In response, The Propeller Club, Port of Norfolk is donating $5,000 to the U.S. Coast Guard Mutual Assurance Fund and we encourage our members and community to take similar actions.

You may select to make a donation in honor of the personnel of U.S. Coast Guard’s Fifth District or Sector Hampton Roads.
